Adrian is a swimmer from Spain, a backstroke specialist and a sprinter, whose official competitive record spans 17 seasons, 18 years, 9 countries and 209 meets.
His recorded career begins in 2009, and one of his earliest marks still on file is the 25 breaststroke in 29.70, raced in A_lc Benjami Viladecans.
His signature event is the 100 backstroke, his reference distance in backstroke, ahead of the 50 backstroke and 200 backstroke. Backstroke is the backbone of the whole record: 154 meets and 443 recorded swims.
His best 100 backstroke time in long course (50 m) is 52.18, set in 2022 at Campeonato de España Absoluto de invierno.
His record includes national championships, between 2021 and 2025 (Campeonato de Cataluna Absoluto Open de Natacion and Spanish Winter National Championships (25m)). A representative mark at that level is 52.18 in the 100 backstroke, recorded in long course (50 m). He also appears in international meets.
After a 2-year break between 2010 and 2012, he came back to racing and the record picks up again in 2012.
He is a genuinely international swimmer: the official record spans 9 countries (Spain, Monaco, France, Singapore, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan and the Netherlands), including 15 of 209 meets outside Spain.
Those meets span 56 different venues (Barcelona, Sabadell, Terrassa and Manresa…). He has raced for C.N. Sant Andreu, C.N. SANT BOI, C.N. TERRASSA and ESPAÑA.
