Aitana is a swimmer from Spain, a backstroke specialist and an international traveller on the circuit, whose official competitive record spans 13 seasons, 2 countries and 170 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2014, and one of her earliest marks still on file is the 2000 freestyle in 23:25.29, raced in Castellón. She started out alongside Club Natación Ferca-San Jose.
Her signature event is the 100 backstroke, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 200 backstroke and 50 backstroke. Backstroke is the backbone of the whole record: 94 meets and 237 recorded swims.
Her fastest 100 backstroke stands at 1:04.04, set in long course (50 m) at Palma de Mallorca.
Her record includes national championships, in 2026 (Campeonato de España Primavera, Sabadell, ESP and CXIII Campeonato de España Absoluto Open, Palma de Mallorca, ESP). A representative mark at that level is 1:05.12 in the 100 backstroke, recorded in long course (50 m).
The record runs unbroken from 2014 to 2026: 13 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2023 is the busiest season on record, with 69 verified individual swims.
She is a genuinely international swimmer: the official record spans 2 countries (Spain and UNK), including 9 of 170 meets outside Spain.
Those meets span 14 different venues (Castellón, Palma, Sabadell and Valencia…). She has raced for Club Natación Ferca-San Jose and Comunidad Valenciana.
