C.N. Mairena Aljarafe · ESP
Angela is a swimmer from Spain, an international traveller on the circuit, whose official competitive record spans 16 seasons, 2 countries and 187 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2011 in Sevilla, where she raced the 25 backstroke in 27.91. She started out alongside C.N.Mairena Aljarafe.
Her signature event is the 200 breaststroke, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 400 individual medley and 200 individual medley. Breaststroke is where her specialisation lies (99 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (115 meets and 162 recorded swims spread across 9 different distances) because she races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
Her fastest 200 breaststroke stands at 2:39.96, set in long course (50 m) at Torremolinos.
The record runs unbroken from 2011 to 2026: 16 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2022 is the busiest season on record, with 76 verified individual swims.
She is a genuinely international swimmer: the official record spans 2 countries (Spain and UNK), including 6 of 187 meets outside Spain.
Those meets span 11 different venues (Sevilla, Málaga, Sabadell and Córdoba…). She has raced for C.N.Mairena Aljarafe and FED. ANDALUCIA.
Still active: the directory includes official activity in the 2026 season. Latest competition: Malaga, on August 2, 2026. She holds 39 current event personal bests and 374 all-time PB improvements across 579 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
