Carolina is a swimmer from Spain whose official competitive record spans 19 seasons and 245 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2008, and one of her earliest marks still on file is the 2000 freestyle in 23:51.52, raced in Benimamet. She started out alongside CST-CST COSTA AZAHAR.
Her signature event is the 200 individual medley, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke. Individual medley is where her specialisation lies (144 meets), while backstroke appears in more meets (145 meets and 319 recorded swims) because she races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
Her fastest 200 individual medley stands at 2:21.50, set in long course (50 m) at Malaga.
The record runs unbroken from 2008 to 2026: 19 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2013 is the busiest season on record, with 187 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 15 different venues (Castellón, Valencia, Sabadell and Madrid…). She has raced for CST-CST COSTA AZAHAR, C.N. PICASSENT, C. VALENCIANO and C.N. Delfin.
Still active: the directory includes official activity in the 2026 season. Latest competition: Sedavi, on June 7, 2026. She holds 39 current event personal bests and 332 all-time PB improvements across 1306 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
