Francisco is a swimmer from Spain, a sprinter and an international traveller on the circuit, whose official competitive record spans 9 seasons, 18 years, 2 countries and 33 meets.
His recorded career begins in 2009, and one of his earliest marks still on file is the 50 freestyle in 25.89, raced in Hudson.
