Irene is a swimmer from Spain whose official competitive record spans 9 seasons and 90 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2018 in Madrid, where she raced the 50 breaststroke in 55.38. She started out alongside C.N. LEGANES.
Her signature event is the 200 individual medley, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 400 freestyle and 100 butterfly. Individual medley is where her specialisation lies (44 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (51 meets and 84 recorded swims spread across 8 different distances) because she races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
Her fastest 200 individual medley stands at 2:37.38, set in long course (50 m) at M86_madrid.
The record runs unbroken from 2018 to 2026: 9 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2024 is the busiest season on record, with 55 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 4 different venues (Madrid, Palma, Murcia and Zaragoza). She has raced for C.N. LEGANES.
