Jesus is a swimmer from Spain, a sprinter, whose official competitive record spans 11 seasons, 12 years and 92 meets.
His recorded career begins in 2011, and one of his earliest marks still on file is the 100 breaststroke in 2:07.18, raced in Plasencia. He started out alongside C.ACUATICO SALAMANCA.
His signature event is the 100 butterfly, the event he has raced the most, followed by the 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle. Butterfly is where his specialisation lies (58 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (72 meets and 122 recorded swims spread across 6 different distances) because he races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
His fastest 100 butterfly stands at 1:03.60, set in long course (50 m) at Valladolid.
After a 2-year break between 2020 and 2022, he came back to racing and the record picks up again in 2022. 2017 is the busiest season on record, with 51 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 3 different venues (Salamanca, Valladolid and Oviedo). He has raced for C.ACUATICO SALAMANCA.
The last race on record is dated March 20, 2022 in Valladolid, with 2 swims: 25.48 in the 50 freestyle and 1:07.06 in the 100 butterfly, all in long course (50 m) and 1 PB improvement. He closes this record with 30 current event personal bests and 230 all-time PB improvements, across 276 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
