Laura is a swimmer from Spain whose official competitive record spans 11 seasons and 89 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2016, and one of her earliest marks still on file is the 50 breaststroke in 1:07.71, raced in Logroño. She started out alongside ESCUELA RIOJANA DE NATACIÓN.
Her signature event is the 100 backstroke, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 200 backstroke and 200 freestyle. Backstroke is where her specialisation lies (47 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (61 meets and 79 recorded swims spread across 8 different distances) because she races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
Her fastest 100 backstroke stands at 1:13.39, set in long course (50 m) at Logroño.
The record runs unbroken from 2016 to 2026: 11 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2022 is the busiest season on record, with 37 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 2 different venues (Logroño and Gijón). She has raced for ESCUELA RIOJANA DE NATACIÓN and Club Natacion Logroño.
Still active: the directory includes official activity in the 2026 season. The last race on record is dated October 10, 2026 in Logroño, with 3 swims: 34.48 in the 50 backstroke, 1:13.81 in the 100 backstroke and 1:16.17 in the 100 individual medley, all in short course (25 m). She holds 28 current event personal bests and 162 all-time PB improvements across 214 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
