Laura is a swimmer from Spain, a sprinter, whose official competitive record spans 16 seasons and 188 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2011, and one of her earliest marks still on file is the 50 breaststroke in 44.47, raced in Cádiz. She started out alongside C.N. DOS HERMANAS.
Her signature event is the 100 backstroke, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 100 freestyle and 50 freestyle. Backstroke is where her specialisation lies (131 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (142 meets and 291 recorded swims spread across 6 different distances) because she races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
Her fastest 100 backstroke stands at 1:10.58, set in long course (50 m) at Mairena Aljarafe.
The record runs unbroken from 2011 to 2026: 16 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2018 is the busiest season on record, with 72 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 10 different venues (Sevilla, Málaga, Cádiz and Córdoba…). She has raced for C. NAUTICO SEVILLA, C.N. DOS HERMANAS and C.N. ALCALA.
Still active: the directory includes official activity in the 2026 season. The last race on record is dated August 2, 2026 in Málaga, with 1 swim: 1:10.82 in the 100 backstroke, all in short course (25 m). She holds 28 current event personal bests and 234 all-time PB improvements across 553 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
