Marcos is a swimmer from Spain whose official competitive record spans 6 seasons and 60 meets.
His recorded career begins in 2021, and one of his earliest marks still on file is the 800 freestyle in 11:16.09, raced in Valladolid. He started out alongside C.N. RIAVALL.
His signature event is the 100 butterfly, the event he has raced the most, followed by the 50 butterfly and 100 freestyle. Butterfly is where his specialisation lies (33 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (34 meets and 48 recorded swims spread across 6 different distances) because he races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
His fastest 100 butterfly stands at 1:06.41, set in long course (50 m) at Valladolid.
The record runs unbroken from 2021 to 2026: 6 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2026 is the busiest season on record, with 44 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 2 different venues (Valladolid and Logroño). He has raced for C.N. PALENCIA and C.N. RIAVALL.
Still active: the directory includes official activity in the 2026 season. The last race on record is dated October 18, 2026 in Valladolid, with 2 swims: 1:12.24 in the 100 backstroke and 2:36.10 in the 200 individual medley, all in long course (50 m) and 1 PB improvement. He holds 33 current event personal bests and 186 all-time PB improvements across 159 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
