C.N. Madrid Moscardo · ESP
Marcos is a swimmer from Spain, an international traveller on the circuit, whose official competitive record spans 9 seasons, 2 countries and 98 meets.
His recorded career begins in 2018, and one of his earliest marks still on file is the 50 backstroke in 35.09, raced in SON HUGO (interior). He started out alongside Club Natación Voltor Balear.
His signature event is the 200 individual medley, the event he has raced the most, followed by the 100 butterfly and 400 individual medley. Individual medley is where his specialisation lies (53 meets), while butterfly appears in more meets (63 meets and 125 recorded swims) because he races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
His fastest 200 individual medley stands at 2:13.74, set in long course (50 m) at Piscinas son Hugo - Palma.
His record includes national championships, in 2024 (Campeonato de Madrid Junior y Absoluto de Invierno). A representative mark at that level is 2:19.83 in the 200 butterfly, recorded in long course (50 m).
The record runs unbroken from 2018 to 2026: 9 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2019 is the busiest season on record, with 73 verified individual swims.
He is a genuinely international swimmer: the official record spans 2 countries (Spain and UNK), including 1 of 98 meets outside Spain.
Those meets span 7 different venues (Palma, Madrid, Sabadell and Castellón…). He has raced for Club Natación Madrid Moscardo and Club Natación Voltor Balear.
Still active: the directory includes official activity in the 2026 season. Latest competition: LEGANÉS in Madrid, on October 3, 2026, with 2 swims: 1:12.98 in the 100 breaststroke and 1:01.02 in the 100 butterfly, all in short course (25 m). He holds 34 current event personal bests and 212 all-time PB improvements across 395 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
