Maria is a swimmer from Spain whose official competitive record spans 11 seasons and 101 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2016, and one of her earliest marks still on file is the 25 backstroke in 33.12, raced in Las Palmas de g.c. She started out alongside C.N. LAS PALMAS.
Her signature event is the 200 individual medley, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 400 individual medley and 100 breaststroke. Individual medley is where her specialisation lies (40 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (57 meets and 67 recorded swims spread across 8 different distances) because she races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
Her fastest 200 individual medley stands at 2:29.59, set in long course (50 m) at Las Palmas G.C.
Her record includes national championships, in 2023 (X CAMPEONATO DE ESPAÑA ALEVIN, Madrid, ESP). A representative mark at that level is 5:59.41 in the 400 individual medley, recorded in long course (50 m).
The record runs unbroken from 2016 to 2026: 11 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2026 is the busiest season on record, with 71 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 7 different venues (Cádiz, Ibiza, Madrid and Sabadell…). She has raced for FEDERACIÓN CANARIA DE NATACIÓN, Club Natacion Metropole, C.N. LAS PALMAS and Canarias.
