Nicolas is a swimmer from Spain, a sprinter, whose official competitive record spans 10 seasons and 80 meets.
His recorded career begins in 2016 in Córdoba, where he raced the 25 backstroke in 31.98. He started out alongside NAVIAL.
His signature event is the 100 butterfly, the event he has raced the most, followed by the 50 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Butterfly is where his specialisation lies (46 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (47 meets and 52 recorded swims spread across 8 different distances) because he races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.

The record runs unbroken from 2016 to 2025: 10 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2023 is the busiest season on record, with 40 verified individual swims.
Those meets span 5 different venues (Córdoba, Cádiz, Málaga and Palma…). He has raced for NAVIAL.
The last race on record is dated May 3, 2025 in Córdoba, with 4 swims: 30.45 in the 50 backstroke, 28.18 in the 50 butterfly and 1:05.88 in the 100 backstroke, all in short course (25 m) and 3 PB improvements.
