ESP
Sofia is a swimmer from Spain, an international traveller on the circuit, whose official competitive record spans 12 seasons, 2 countries and 113 meets.
Her recorded career begins in 2013, and one of her earliest marks still on file is the 100 individual medley in 1:46.34, raced in Madrid. She started out alongside E.I.C. M-86.
Her signature event is the 200 backstroke, the event she has raced the most, followed by the 400 individual medley and 400 freestyle. Backstroke is where her specialisation lies (60 meets), while freestyle appears in more meets (68 meets and 103 recorded swims spread across 8 different distances) because she races it across the full distance range rather than as a main event.
Her fastest 200 backstroke stands at 2:31.36, set in long course (50 m) at M86_madrid.
The record runs unbroken from 2013 to 2024: 12 consecutive seasons without a single missing year. 2019 is the busiest season on record, with 48 verified individual swims.
She is a genuinely international swimmer: the official record spans 2 countries (Spain and UNK), including 1 of 113 meets outside Spain.
Those meets span 4 different venues (Madrid, Castellón, Barcelona and Sabadell). She has raced for C.N. MADRID MOSCARDO and E.I.C. M-86.
The last race on record is dated December 8, 2024 in Madrid, with 1 swim: 9:56.50 in the 800 freestyle, all in short course (25 m). She closes this record with 30 current event personal bests and 248 all-time PB improvements, across 291 verified official swims in competitions governed by RFEN.
